Hiring manager reached out to me. We spoke over video call for 1 hour discussing my resume and background. Went ahead with the technical round, then both hiring manager and the recruiter ghosted me. It's been 3 weeks and no reply from them.

Java based technical questions and one leetcode easy
Applied through the web portal with a referral. Waited a week or two and heard back for a phone screen with the manager of the team I was applying for. Primarily consisted of describing myself, my current position, and some large projects I have worked on.
Next phone screen was speaking with an engineer on the team who focused on technical questions,

first round phone interview, went pretty smooth. basically about my resume and how I would fit in the position. Asked about the projects I did and how I used their product in my work. It was one person on the other side and he was nice.
