Initial call with talent acquisition rep, followed by a 30-60 min call with the hiring manager to discuss the role. After these phone calls I was invited in for an interview. I was asked to prepare a presentation about me, and to explain the details of a project I had worked on. The hiring manager provided feedback on the presentation prior to the interview to aid me in making tweaks. On-site interview was approximately 3.5 hours. I met with various members of the team, given a short tour of the offices and they provided lunch so I could spend informal time with the person I would be working with the most. Overall it was a very positive and professional experience.
