I had a phone screen with Human Resources.
I did a 30 min self presentation with large audience followed by question and answer period.
My presentation highlighted my experience that related to the position being applied for, my strengths and weaknesses, and why I should be hired. I included specific examples of my situation, my actions and the results of my actions in different scenarios.
I had multiple interviews in groups and with individuals from individual contributors, managers and executives.

Entretien
Number of interviews: 2 (phone call-1h and office interview-3,5h). The 1st interview was cv and background check. The 2nd interview was 1h chat with HR people and 2,5h video skills test with employees from different countries (windows, lan/wifi, hardware questions). I didn't answer 3 from ca.30 questions. I wasn't accepted, I think because I didn't really fit in well with the team.
