The interview was a combination of personality and technology. I met with the recruiter, whom showed me the campus, and explained MasterCard's philosophy and benefits. He set the tone for what was a very comfortable interview. I then met with the team that I would be working with if offered the opportunity. They, too, made me comfortable, and asked intuitive questions. They were responsive, and interested in what I had to say. My overall experience with the interview was a positive one.
