Entretien
They set the interview with the recruiter and you have two persons for the interviews. The manager for the role and another technical representation. They were both polite and sounds interested on what I said. I've found they professional. I was not approved for the role but in any moment of the interview they showed that. So I think they made me comfortable to do my best on the interview.

Question 1
All the questions were more related to softskills. Others open ended about the distributed systems or cloud in general. Is the kind of interview that I like to do myself. I think it is powerfull to get your core domain on the subject.

Entretien
The hiring manager directly reached out recommending me for the position and connected me to recruiting. On scheduling the initial 30min screening the recruiter did not show up two times in a row for the call. Each time there was no communication. Eventually we met and he said it was wifi issues on his end. During this he was able to promptly respond to my emails suggesting I just wasn't worth the time to give me notice about him being gone. After meeting, we both agreed the role would be a good fit and that he would be in contact within a week. Never heard from them again and was ghosted by the recruiter. Maybe just one bad experience but I certainly would never apply to Mastercard again.

Entretien
It was really very weird experience. Although mastercard is considered to be a good employer. They took first round to be the ditector round and he asked about movies my likes and dislikes bla bla.
And at the end said would you be comfortable for on call. I frankly didn't knew as in the JD it was pure devops work. I said YES with some doubt.
Finally the director in interview said that the recruiter will reach out to you. When some interviewer says like this consider you are through.
And when I mailed the HR without any disscusion or information I got official rejection email. I was stunned by this. That on what bases you are doing this. At least share the feedback. But nothing is entertained. Bad for mastercard and bad for there candidates too.
