4 rounds, includig a case study interview focus on the products and payment industry. It was quite in depth and an accelerated process. Would recommend to try. Interviewers were friendly and curious, had a overall positive experience.

Horrible recruiting practice. Had an interview with a recruiter, was told I would hear back in a week. The week passed, I sent a follow up and still never got a response to decline or reject me.
I don't care if i am rejected, but its really disrespectful to treat potential candidates and coworkers this way. Don't know when these companies got so use to doing this but is absolutely horrendous.

Why this role? Why are you leaving your current role?
The interview was a casual chat with few technical questions. The focus was mostly on the company's business model and strategy, rather than deep technical specifics or standard interview questions.
