Very straightforward interview. Application then two rounds of Interviews. They were both via zoom/teams. Second Interview was more of a culture fit and overall a very relaxed process. Recommend doing research on the position and finding out about how mastercard makes money- look at skills and experiences required and match yours to them

The interview process consisted of two to four rounds of interviews and I would consider the level of difficulty as average. Overall, people are friendly and want to see if you'll be a fit for the team.

Entretien
Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
