First, I had a phone call with HR reviewing my background, salary expectations and English level. Then we move forward with two interviews. The first one was with two senior consultants with technical questions and two business cases, went pretty well and I felt very comfortable with then. Last interview was with the team manager, no cases but technical questions and some background screening, also went very well from my perspective, but finally I didn't receive any offer.
To be honest, they didn't even send me an email rejecting me. I asked several times to my contact in HR and every email was ignored, very disappointed with this conclusion.

the interview was a one way interview and then a two round live casing interview. both interviewers were professional and amicable during the interviews and it was not difficult to proceed

The interview process is two rounds:
First Round is Online and consists of a case + some behavioral.
Final Round is 2 Cases + 2 Behaviorals. Cases are standard consulting cases.
Heard back within a week.
