It was very efficient and smooth with 2 stages.
First was an assessment center, with group discussion and hr interview
second is with the director of the group. It was a really interesting case study that triggers you to think critically and mathematically.

Video interview was 3 scenario-based questions, very straightforward and can be prepped beforehand.
No need to prep for "tell me about yourself" and "Why this company" type of questions for this round.

The interview process consisted of two to four rounds of interviews and I would consider the level of difficulty as average. Overall, people are friendly and want to see if you'll be a fit for the team.

Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
