Consisted of one phone interview and one one onsite. The process took 2 months for just these two rounds, very slow process. The were also very secretive about the position and job duties. Phone interview was simple 12 std questions they have, apparently they have those standard questions for everyone. Onsite was one hour long and they took 40 minutes to talk about the position and Mastercard and asked few std questions.
