Interviews themselves seemed very straight forward and positive, but there was no way of sensing if they went well from Mastercard perspective. Process was extremely long and I was mislead through-out of the deadlines to hear back, only to get another interview three weeks later... I don't mind that the process is long, but I don't appreciate getting misleading information. Of course I got an offer from a different company weeks before I got any feedback from Mastercard even though I applied much later for that role. So don't put anything else on hold if you're waiting to hear back from Mastercard, because it could be next year.

Laid-back, nice interview with questions relating to both personality and professional achievements.
I had 3 interviews in total: a telephone interview, one with the department manager and one with the department director.

Após inscrição no site da empresa e triagem inicial passei por uma entrevista com a recrutadora. Não houve compatibilidade, mas ao fim recebi uma pesquisa sobre o processo. Isso demonstra interesse em melhorar a experiência dos candidatos.

I had 3 interviews, one with HR and 2 technicals where I had to answer some technical issues by email and an example of an issue with API
They just ghosted me and I did not hear any information back about it, Very bad experience.
