J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mastercard (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2016
Entretien
Following the CV screening, the first round consisted of two interviews and the second round consisted of four interviews. The bulk of each interview was spent on a typical strategy business case scenario, with 5 minutes at the start of each case spent on CV/personal experience questions. First-round interviews are 30 minutes and second-round interviews vary between 30- and 45-minutes. Good mental maths and being structured are requirements to do well in the case interviews. I had practised plenty of cases beforehand, but unfortunately one of the final-round interviews was somewhat uncommon and unexpected and involved me having to draw graphs. This is where I performed slightly under the bar. I was kept waiting for nearly 4 weeks until I was told that I didn't get the offer.

Skype interview followed by final round super day. The final round was in Arlington with breakfast, then a presentation about the firm, then 4x45 minute interviews with a 90 minute lunch break at some point.

Entretien
first round consists of 2 case studies, 30mins each. They were dissimilar to a typical business case that you would do for MBB for example. Instead, its much more like a single problem that you have to solve. Will typically be a revenue problem for example or 'should we go ahead with this project'. Behavioural was about 7mins long and is basic. If you clear the first stage, second round is four 45min cases.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mastercard (Washington, DC) en oct. 2018
Entretien
I applied through campus recruiting. I had two on-campus first round interviews and then 4-5 second round interviews in the DC office. In addition, the super-day included a presentation, lunch, and a networking dinner the night before. All of the interviews involved a case and some personality questions/questions about why I wanted to join APT. The interview process overall was nice, and everyone I met was genuine and enthusiastic about their jobs. I turned down the offer because the work itself didn't seem terribly exciting.
