A team leader did the interview with me instead of a hiring manager. This role will be doing strategic partnership with merchants for the mastercard program to attract spender. This role is an independent role and has little help from team member. No training will be provided as they are only looking for a person coming from a background exactly carrying the kind of network and skills set for this role.
