Very thorough interview process. Interviewed with a total of 6 people in St. Louis and New York. Started with recruiter - very informed about role. Group in St. Louis were part of the direct management team. Flew to New York to interview with key stakeholders. All were very passionate about the organization, very well prepared and asked good questions. All gave me time to ask questions about the organization and culture as well. Very aligned in view of organization and future direction.
