I applied online and within a week I received a phone call from one of the recruters, I went in for an interview and was asked quite a few questions. After I spoke about myself I was asked to fill out an application and forms for a background check / drug test. The drug test is taken off site and they provide you with a place to go where you can get it taken for free.
