1st interview went well . Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming . The lady interviewing me was nice and made massage envy sound like a great place to work . She seemed very pleased with the responses I gave to her questions. What I didn’t like was the way they pay their employees. She tried to explain it to me as best as possible but it was quite confusing and in the end it just doesn’t seem like it adds up . My 2nd interview was my practical facial which I performed on one of the employees. The employee was nice but the whole thing just seemed very disorganized and had me slightly overwhelmed. She said I did a good job and gave me a few tips . The manger told me they would contact me in a couple days . I didn’t hear back from them until 3-4 weeks later . They offered me the job but I decided to decline it .
