At the time when Management had a turnover rate that seemed similar to any other call center job, they have you talk about how your sales history affected your former employments. After, they ask you if you believe in the Wellness part of massage therapy. After all the lengthily "get to know you" talk is done, they give you a one-page script to memorize and come back with it the second interview to perform it verbatim and effectively.

*PRIOR TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC* 15 minute phone interview with location managers. They ask a few of the basic questions about your experience and a invite for face to face interview at the location you applied for. Meet the staff and a few of the therapists and walk through the clinic and that’s it. They have you waiting for a bit and may ask you to refill out the application but it’s really short

The hiring and interview process was quick. I turned in my resume online and got a call pretty immediately. The clinic administrator was awesome, however the assistant clinic administrator that sat on the interview was not nice at all. If she was the only one interviewing, I probably would have never accepted the job.
