the owner of the clinic called me and did a brief phone interview, then I had a one on one interview with him. About a week later I had a one on one with the clinic administrator. Both were very friendly and kind, they asked the standard questions and really did a great job filling you in on the company culture.

Easy interview process, got hired on the spot however it is jot a job for longevity. Once i was hired they called me and started training process fairly quickly and that took about 2 weeks

Entretien
Its a two stage process. In the first interview you sit with a manager and have a converstion about why you want the job and some general questions. Then if youre approved you'll get a script to memorise and reproduce on demand in the second interview.
