J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual

Interview went well, mostly behavioral questions and stuff like that. It wasn't hard the interviewer was very friendly and helpful. If you do accept you will need to take your insurance exams but it will all me paid for by the company. They pay for the ones you pass not the failed ones though.

Recruiter reached out and only gave pros. When I dug deeper to get further detail he didn't know concrete info. Felt more like a desperate way to try to recruit due to a high turnover rate.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual en oct. 2025

I was referred by a recruiter to interview with a financial advisor for an in-office role. During the interview, several red flags came up. They asked about my citizenship, and when I said I am American, they implied that could not be true because of my last name. Later, after I mentioned that I speak another language, they said, “That’s great, we’ve been aiming to target that community,” which deeply disturbed me.
Pretty straight foward super friendly
Very nice went through behavioral questions a few technical and mainly talk about your background and why you’re a good role good fit. Overall, positive experience, super friendly showed enthusiasm.
