J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual en févr. 2014

The interview process was very laid back and easy. The recruiter contacted me from a resume I submitted through a job-seeking website for my college. The interviewing process included 3 interviews that were about an hour long each. This is a sales based position, so the recruiter really just asks behavioral questions. I felt that most of the time was spent with the recruiter trying to convince me to take the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most unexpected question was in the first interview when he asked me what my questions were right off the bat.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual (Austin, TX) en avr. 2026
Entretien
Recruiter reached out and only gave pros. When I dug deeper to get further detail he didn't know concrete info. Felt more like a desperate way to try to recruit due to a high turnover rate.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual en oct. 2025

I was referred by a recruiter to interview with a financial advisor for an in-office role. During the interview, several red flags came up. They asked about my citizenship, and when I said I am American, they implied that could not be true because of my last name. Later, after I mentioned that I speak another language, they said, “That’s great, we’ve been aiming to target that community,” which deeply disturbed me.
Pretty straight foward super friendly
Very nice went through behavioral questions a few technical and mainly talk about your background and why you’re a good role good fit. Overall, positive experience, super friendly showed enthusiasm.
