On the job vancacy description, it was clearly and directly emphasized that they are looking for someone with published papers in top journals (that I had several) but other committee members were asking questions about teaching, grants, service, etc. Who would like to work for a company that pays less than 1.2k euros and still has so much of discrepancies in their behavior and decision style.
