Interview Process has 3 technical rounds + HR round.
It wasn't more like the usual interviews. It was more of a discussion on the existing work you did before and the skillsets that could be used for the applied position. Everything went great till the compensation discussion. I was interviewed for a senior role and was given a sub role post discussion. IMO, the change in role should've been informed upfront. The compensation break-up was a major reason for declining the offer. It looks like I got a 100% CTC but ideally the major part of the CTC was covered with OneTime Bonus which includes both joining & relocation bonus and RSU's vested over a period of 4 years. Post deduction the take home is literally low and the hiring manager, HR doesn't seem much concerned about that. To them, they've offered me a 100% hike. To me, it's just 20% increase in my take-home. The interview/discussion experience was great while the compensation discussion was worse. Felt that my contributions wouldn't be valued based on the concerns I expressed over the compensation. I denied the offer stating the same.
