The interview process itself was fantastic. I initially applied for a different position, but was encouraged to instead apply for the Package Development position. The company interviews fast. Within a week I had completed a phone screening and a technical interview.
However, afterwards I was left waiting for an answer for six weeks due to Marvell acquiring a new company. I was told numerous times the interview went very well and the team responded very positively to me. But after six weeks I was told they went with another person. I don't mind being rejected, but waiting six weeks while being told everything went very well just to be rejected felt unprofessional.
Other than the waiting, the people were all very nice and I enjoyed the interview process.
