First I had to do a phone interview that took about 15 minutes. The questions were very simple and easy to answer. I then had to do a second interview at the store where they asked me basically the same questions. I then got hired the same day

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
