J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marshalls en sept. 2010
Entretien
Looking to re-enter the job market after raising my children, I applied to work at a favorite local retail store, Marshalls. I was quickly called in for an interview, and offered a minimum wage, part-time job. I was told there are never any full-time positions available, no benefits, and no opportunity for growth. I turned down the job. I'm very disappointed in my (former) favorite store's business strategy toward employees.

Straight forward simple interview questions. The staff was nice and it was during the seasonal season. Did an application, got a call back in within 2weeks, interviewed and got an offer in the next couple of days .
The interview was very easy and simple. They asked a few questions about experience, strengths, weaknesses and education. It was a professional yet casual setting. Overall, they just want to know if you have the right personality or experience to do the job well.

It was easy and chill. The questions were not too hard, and the environment was warm. Make sure you know a little bit about the company's background and operations. But overall it was good. Good Luck!
