I applied and they said they would call me. They calle 2 weeks after to schedule an appointment. The appointment was quick and very straight forward. I was asked what part of retail did I liked and what department would I enjoy working the most. If I had any experience which I didn’t. They said it was okay that training willd help. What days and time will be the best for me to work

The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
