A lot of rounds. Online Assessments, then pair-coding and problem solving. Rejected after onsites (which consider of 4x45 minute intervies). The process was good, and the people very nice though.

After a long process of three online tests and a data lab, I finally reached the AC round — where interviewers clearly judged candidates before the interview even started. During the interview, they ignored my explanations and repeatedly questioned my results without understanding them. Some interviewers do not appear to understand even fundamental machine-learning concepts, yet they are responsible for evaluating candidates for a quantitative research role. The mismatch between the expected technical rigor and the actual interviewer expertise is extremely disappointing.
