J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marsh Risk (New York, NY) en mars 2017
Entretien
Applied through my university's career center, obtained a on-campus interview, which then afterwards received a superday interview in New York City. Interviewers were really nice, wanted to learn about you, questions were HR based except for when they wanted to hear about your likes/dislikes.

Entretien
Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
