J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marsh Risk (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2016
Entretien
I applied to this position through my universary career website. There are 2 rounds of interviews. The first one is hosted on campus in a on-on-one style intervier. If you get past this round, they invite you to the second round hosted at their nearest office. Here you have 4 back to back interviews each lasting around 20 minutes. They respond quickly on whether or not you get the position.

Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
