Started with half hour telephone interview discussing CV and experience.
Invited to panel day following week. First part was presenting 5 year plan on a business scenario that you don't see until the day. You are given 90 mins to prepare and then 10 mins to present back.
They then ask you questions on this - asking what went well and what you could do differently.
Showing this self awareness is key.
Then there is more of a formal interview focusing on competency questions (Tell me about a time where you faced into a tough negotiation etc) and answering in the STAR format will help you.

HR first round telephone interview - competency based, getting to know you. Second round, assessment center (group exercises, prepared presentation and unprepared case study). Final round with either GM or Director, competency and personal based.
