He/she is hired to manage a team of analysts/engineers with similar skill-set. If you just want some random Excel files standardized and combined with VLOOKUP, you're just looking for a recent graduate with Excel knowledge... Honestly, this could have been avoided with a simple HR screening call, where i would have withdrawn my application I did receive feedback from HR, but it unfortunately made no sense, sighting experience/skill-sets that were not mine, which seemed to indicate she was confused about whom she was addressing
