Awful! I received an email from the recruiter to arrange a virtual interview (no telephone call). They arranged a virtual interview with a very arrogant and unfriendly individual who asked some questions and then was informed there would be an assessment day in a few weeks so keep the day free. The day then passed and no communication apart from 3 days post the assessment day when the poor recruiter phoned me to say that i had not been successful because I wasn’t sure of my exact career path. This was very strange feedback considering I stated three potential career avenues?! I can feel the poor culture and mass in personal recruitment approach - stay away!
