Overall it took around 5 or 6 stages based on input from different candidates. First of all it takes you to pass initial telephone and personal interviewing process at recruiter's office which is independent from MARS IS. If you pass, then you will need to succeed at passing logical and mathematical tests, those aren't easy and not hard either but take you to some thinking for sure. Well, if you did OK there, you are contacting a Lead in Moscow and you are having a visual & verbal interview. If they feel fine about you they take you to HQ at Moscow and ask to prepare a 10 minute presentation. This thing consists of three stages: presentation, group discussion (with your opponents/other candidates) and personal interview (2 of them) Afterwards, they are sending you back home and results are ready to be announced in a day or so.
Overall experience was quite interesting and entertaining in some ways.
