First of all, there was an interview with a Recruitment/Talent company, which got your CV and asked some questions about work experience/technical knowledge. The second part of the interview was with Mars employees and was done during AN ENTIRE DAY in a hotel 100km from São Paulo (8 am-5pm). There was a lot of technical and personality interviews, and you had to made a presentation beforehand to "introduce and sell" yourself to the interviewers. After a week or so after this process I was contacted by the Recruiting company saying that I was approved for the position.
