I applied on Mars' website and was contacted by the recruiter within a week of application to set up a 30 minute phone screen. The phone screen was friendly and professional with some behavior questions. At the end of conversation, I was told that I would be contacted for next step within a week. A week later I was contacted by a system generated email stating that I was not selected to move forward. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
