Entretien
Recruitment phone screening, hiring manager Skype interview, in person interview. Flew to Chicago to meet with a panel of management. Interview was casual conversation. Then they had me go to lunch with 3 people that were in the pipeline to become management to get their thoughts on me. Then I was taken back to a conference room where I was offered the position on the spot.

Question 1
Behavioral questions to be able to assess how I would handle certain scenarios.
It is a very detailed Panel Process. First round is with the line manager and the next round is a panel round which is personal presentation and a case study. Very detailed process which helps you self reflect and also, show your logical side.

I originally applied for this position nearly three years ago and had a formal phone interview with one of their TA Recruiters after a quick phone screen with a different person. The TA Recruiter was very short and dry and had no interest in me as a person. I could tell she was literally reading off a script. I did not hear back for weeks. So although disappointed, I was not surprised when I eventually received the auto-generated email that I had not been selected.
Fast forward to most recently, the job was posted again, and I applied again. And once again, I got the same TA Recruiter. She had no recollection that we had already interviewed years ago - nor did I expect her to because they talk to so many people and I get that. However, it was the same exact scenario - very dry, no emotion, reading off the script, and then again, I was ghosted for several weeks, to receive the auto-email rejection notice.
I am more disappointed that this person may be doing the company a disservice by not making any effort to connect with interviewees - think of the potential loss in top talent!
I would have loved to work for Mars! But alas, it was just not meant to be for me.
