fast and easy. it was a group interview. people who stood out the most were hired. they asked really easy questions. it was 2 interviews followed by a background check. i was able to get the job through an employee referral

Straightforward and relaxed. Both interviewers made me feel as though I was able to share all information about myself. I was also able to ask all questions that I had about compensation, bonus strucuture, and other benefits.

Online application, then a brief phone interview with store director/HR. If successful you will be invited to a test centre/group interview. After that, the selection is narrowed down and some individuals will get a 1-1 interview with their future manager.
