J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mars (Leeds, England) en mars 2017

      Entretien

Applied online - whole process took 6 months. Standard application form with competency based questions about your motivation to apply. Then get sent a standard psychometric test. Was then invited to a face-to-face interview; you have to complete an oral presentation on why you think you'd be a good match for the scheme followed by some questions. You are then given a short break before being taken back in for some more questions so total interview time is about 2 hours. Took 3 weeks to hear back from this but on the positive side you do get given detailed feedback on how your assessors think you did, although this is from someone reading assessors notes who wasn't there so you have to provide a lot of context. If you are invited to the final round you get given a factory tour the day before by current graduates then are taken out for a meal with them. The next day is the assessment center which comprises 3 exercises; - Group exercise: a teamwork exercise where you are asked to build a physical structure as a team (to any females I strongly recommend wearing smart trousers, rather than a dress, and flat shoes) - Case study: before the group exercise you are given time to prepare a briefing based on some materials. Then after the group exercise you present your findings and have a short Q&A session. - Lunch with the assessors - Interview with 2 assessors - much like the first round. Positives: everyone is really friendly, the graduates are really helpful and are there to talk to throughout both interview rounds, relaxed working environment with good focus on improving oneself. Negatives: definite bias towards family of those that already work there, to people who interviewed much more recently than you and to those from more privileged backgrounds. Overall a negative experience because I received nothing but very positive feedback, with only a few minor faults in my overall performance being pointed out (but Mars is big on personal development by finding and working on these types of things) so completely confused as to what they want and why I didn't make the grade, and very frustrated that the whole process took so long.
