It is mainly recording videos of yourself talking. there was no actual person interviewing you. I personally was not a fan of the process but I understand why they have to do it that way.

I share my CV through linked in and after a couple of days they called me to arrange the interview. It was through teams and the duration of the interview was 45 minutes.
The interview was performed with the HR manager. The conversation was very friendly and pleasant.

ho svolto il colloquio con la resposabile HR italia insieme alla sales representative toscana, mi è stato chiesto 3 pregi e 3 difetti, come ti descrivono le persone che ti conoscono, come prioritizzi le attività, quali sono le caratteristiche di un buon venditore
