Had a recorded zoom interview screening with the recruiter. They explained the role, how FLEX opportunities work, and had me walk through my experience. The recruiter was kind and personable and did a great job of setting expectations and informing next steps. The only thing I found a bit odd, was that the salary range was listed for the job req online, however when I provided my range, the recruiter did seem taken aback a bit. Other than that, it was a good experience.
