You apply in person, or fill out an app upon arrival. The interview is held in the lobby of the hotel. Very relaxed interview. It was a fairly standard interview asking about experience with customer care and hospitality. Reviewing what your reaction would be in typical situations.

It was about a 30 minute long interview. The person interviewing me was going down an interview guide and formed questions as she went down the list. They are mainly judging you based on your character and experience.

Entretien
Brief but thorough. Sensed a commitment to guest service. Grounds and facility were well kept and clean. Manager on duty was unhurried and attentive during the interview despite occasional distractions. Very professional.
