J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marriott International (Bristol, Angleterre) en nov. 2015
Entretien
I received a phone call asking me to attend an interview. When arriving at the hotel I was asked to take a seat while I waited for the front office manager to meet with me. When he arrived, he greeted me very politely and asked me to follow him through to the bar where we sat for my interview. He was very chatty and happy which made me feel relaxed and at ease. My interview lasted an hour and 40 minutes. However, the time flew by and I didn't realise until after I left the interview. I was then invited back for a second interview with his manager who had to approve of interviewees before a candidate could be taken onto the next stage. Both interviews were professional yet relaxed and somewhat enjoyable.

I had two interviews. The main one which and then a meeting with the hotel manager afterwards which was very casual, questions like ‘why hotels?’ There were 6 topics in the initial interview but if you have any customer service experience they’ll be a breeze.
