Very straightforward, applied through a college fair then was contacted through email. Set up a quick phone call to then set up an interview at the location. Received an email with results a week later. From start to finish, took 5 weeks.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.
