I received an email to interview within a week of sending in my application. Since it was a new sort of position within this team, they didn't have the clearest job description. They asked me some general questions about my experience and then moved on to the behaviour questions and asked me to answer in the STAR format. I still haven't heard anything back and it's been almost 3 weeks.

Miscommunication between hiring manager and recruiter which led me to getting different answers. This ended with confusion from my side and did not help build trust during the interview process.
