Its a basic interview with two people interviewing you. One asked the question the other wrote down the answers. Once your done they will usually call you in 2 to 5 days telling you if you got the job. I was yold i got the job that day though.

It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Entretien
Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
