They do things very systematically, very smooth process, friendly bosses. They did not ask very difficult questions, more of getting to know each other. They will make sure you know the company culture well and make you feel comfortable.

The interview was details and long process. From when I applied to actually got a contract is around 3 months. The first interview is directly with the Market Director and then with a team and meet GM also HR on finial interview before took Medical Check up

I was interviewed by the Asst Dir of HR, since I was already in the company, they were supportive of my decision to apply as revenue analyst. I was reservations agent before. I was interviewed by the Dir of Rev Strat after 1 week and she was very accommodating and my interview was informal since we know each other since preopening
