It is awful. They use the STAR method and it is ridiculous. Even if you are a current employee and you interview with a person you know, they become these strange HR zombies and do not even allow you to build rapport or have a normal conversation. They put so much emphasis on the interviewing method that I don't believe they look at a person's work history, skills, etc.

Lengthy interview process, but everyone I met was professional and pleasant. Certain aspects of the job were unclear, which is why I didn’t end up taking the offer. Overall, though, I enjoyed the people I met.
