I was contacted by email to schedule a phone screener. Then I interviewed with my manager on Teams. It was a pleasant experience and the hiring team communicated really well throughout the process. Pro tip: review their STAR interview method!

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.
