It was excellent with all standard procedure.
Phone call till two rounds of interview.
Be prepared to answer almost everything that are related to your previous job experience.
They do have have excellent package and employee friendly policy.

Entretien
Applied online and received a call for initial interview at Starbucks. I was asked general questions and told about the position. Then told I was one of three that would be called back for a second interview with the general manager. 2nd interview was easier than the first.
