I applied a couple weeks ago and got an interview two weeks later. It was pretty straight forward standard questions I was first interviewed by one person and then I was interviewed shortly after by the GM. They generally ask the same questions. It was definitely a friendly atmosphere I really like my potential bosses and it's exciting that they do plan on cross training their workers as front desk but also at the bistro. Really great company

One in-person interview after application was submitted. The interviewers are likely going to be the Front Desk Manager along with an HR / Recruiting person. The interview should last anywhere from 20 - 30 minutes. Two tips would be to have a friendly demeanor and speak clearly.

Very smooth and friendly interview process involving phone calls/skype interviews. First an introductory interview with HR, then with team lead. No take home tests or proficiency questions related to the job, as it was an entry level position
